Mall Of America is located at Interstate 494 and Highway 77. Mall Of America is five minutes from the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis St. Paul. There are many ways to get to the Mall Of America, including a bus service, which runs every half hour; there is also rail service. Light Rail service arrives and departs from the Light Rail Station under Mall of America at 24th Ave. Mall of America hours are from Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 9:30 PM, and on Sundays from 11 AM to 7 PM.
Mall Of America is advertised as the largest mall in the United States. With over four hundred retailers doing business here, it’s no surprise. In addition to the amazing shopping, there is a flight simulator, the fourteen-screen AMC movie theater, even the Dinosaur Walk Museum! There is so much to choose from at the Mall Of America, you may be hard pressed to know where to start. With more than twenty stores selling shoes alone, it’s no surprise. Those buying gifts may wish to check out the Mall Of America’s Ticketmaster outlet to look at dates for the hottest concerts and live entertainment; Goldy’s Locker Room, Hat Zone and Team Choice will appeal to the sport buff in everyone.
There are nearly as many restaurants and quick-bite shops as there are fashion, entertainment and shoe stores in the Mall Of America. The selection includes Tiger Sushi, A&W Hot Dogs, the incomparable Famous Dave’s BBQ and the Wolfgang Puck Express. Fast food or gourmet dining—it’s up to you.

New in 2006 is the Water Park next to the Mall Of America. This water park is the largest indoor water park in the United States.
